Welcome

For anyone who has been here before, this is the website formerly known as Dire Verse. It’s now been rather broadened in scope to take in all of my various writings. You’ll still find examples of some of my early comic output under the Dire Verse menu. But there’s now some other writing too: some more serious poetry, some short stories, and brief extracts from my attempts to be a novelist.

The site is entirely my own work. If you enjoy what you read please tell your friends - if you don't enjoy it please keep quiet! Should you like it so much that you want to reproduce material please ask permission first - requests accompanied by money are always given priority.
